RETURN OR EXCHANGE

In Ashley Homestore Armenia American furniture and interior accessories stores, you can return the product within 14 days after making the purchase.

Refunds are made within 5 (five) working days, sometimes the terms are extended based on conditions beyond our control.

The product is returned or exchanged for a similar product if:

• the product has not been used, is not damaged and the consumer characteristics of the product are preserved, as well as there is a corresponding cash register receipt or tax invoice,
• the buyer applied for an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase,
• if the product was paid for by card, the account statement of the used card was submitted with the return of the product.

The return of the product is arranged at the buyer's expense and amounts to 20,000 drams.
